This is an old tried and true and I hadn't made it in years... My family really enjoyed it and I will definately make it again. If you dont have this--copy it, it's a keeper.

Italian Shells Casserole
2 lbs med sized macaroni shells
1 tsp. salt
1 pint sour cream
16 oz shredded provolone cheese
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 qt marinara sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
16 oz shredded mozzarella cheeseRecipe
Cook shells according to pkg directions until firm (al dente). Rinse and drain. Brown beef in skillet. Add salt and pepper. Stir in marinara sauce. Simmer 20 min. Using a deep lasagna pan or a very large casserole dish, line the bottom with half of the shells. Cover with half the meat sauce. Spread 1/2 pint sour cream lightly over the sauce. Sprinkle with half of both cheese. Repeat for the second layer in the same order, shells, sauce, sour cream, cheeses. Cover the pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 min more or until cheeese is melted and lightly browned. Serves 8-10.
