List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cup unsalted butter
78 caramels unwrapped
2 cups chopped salted cashews
1 cup plus 5 TBLS heavy whipping creamRecipe
Directions: With a stand mixer, mix crust ingredients until crumbly (flour, sugar, oats, soda, butter)Reserve 2 cups. Add 5 Tbls cream to remaining, mix well. Spread and press onto a 12 x 18 greased pan (jelly roll pan) Bake at 350 12 minutes or until brown. Melt caramels in cream over low heat. When melted, beat one minute. Pour over crust, sprinkle with cashews then crumb mixture. Bake again for 12 - 16 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
