    Everyone loves Snickerdoodles!

    List of Ingredients




    Snickerdoodles
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe





    Mix shortening, eggs and sugar thouroughly. Measure and blend all dry ingredients. Add to batter. Roll into small balls. Roll in mixture of 1 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes
