Recipe Introduction
I made this for supper last night It's really good. I used low fat cream cheese and 6 chicken breasts. After it cooled I shredded the remaining chicken. I thickened the sauce with 2 Tbsp of flour stirred into 1/2 C of no fat sour cream. That I stirred into the sauce, then added the shredded chicken back to the sauce. I'm using the leftovers for taco salad on Monday. I think a can of green chilies would be good in this as well. It makes really good tacos.
List of Ingredients
4-5 frozen, boneless chicken breasts
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 16 oz.jar salsa, any kind
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
Recipe
1. Take 4-5 frozen ,yes, frozen, boneless chicken breasts and put into crockpot.
2. Add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar salsa, 1 can of corn, drained.
3. Keep in crockpot on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked.
4. Add cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour.
