Rice Pudding

List of Ingredients
3/4 cups rice, uncooked
1 & 1/2 cups of water
dash of salt
2 teaspoons butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanillaRecipe
Place rice in saucepan with water, 2 teaspoons of butter, and dash of salt. Bring quickly to boil,cover pan and allow rice to simmer for 15 minutes or until rice absorbs all moisture. Lightly beat 2 eggs. Add sugar, milk, butter and vanilla stir well. Add this mixture to the rice, stir well. Bake in 8x8 inch baking dish @ 350 for 15 minutes. Serves 6
