    List of Ingredients






    2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
    1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    Dash salt
    1 tablespoon water
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Recipe




    In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate with EAGLE BRAND® and salt. Cook and stir until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water; cool. Stir in vanilla. Frost 12 cupcakes or one 8-inch two-layer cake or one 13x9 inch cake. Store at room temperature.
