    List of Ingredients









    Preheat over to 400 and butter shallow 2 quart casserole

    1 cup milk
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    Pinch nutmeg
    1/4 cup sherry
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1/2 pound thin spaghetti
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    3 cups diced turkey
    1/4 milk if necessary
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese

    Heat 1 cup milk and broth together. Melt 6 tbs of the butter in 3 qt saucepan. Stir flour into butter. Cook, stirring, until well blended. Stir in the hot milk and broth. Cook until smooth and thick. Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, sherry and cream.

    Cook and drain spaghett

    Saute mushrooms until soft in remaining 2 tbs butter. Combine the turkey, mushroom, sauce and spaghetti. Mix well. If the mixture appears too thick, stir in the 1/4 milk. Put in prepared casserole. Top with cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
