    Grilled Hamburger Fillets

    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. onion chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese shredded
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    Bacon strips

    Recipe





    Mix all ingredients except bacon. Form into patties. Wrap with bacon and fasten with toothpicks. Place on grill or these can be broiled.
