    Note from cookbook : "You won't believe how good this is. The cranberry cuts the "hot" taste of the horseradish; the horseradish cuts the "sweet" taste of the cranberries. Works every time!"

    List of Ingredients




    1 pot roast -- (3 to 4 pounds)
    1 large onion -- chopped
    1 jar horseradish -- (5 ounce)
    1 can whole berry cranberry sauce -- (15 ounce)
    salt and pepper



    Recipe




    Brown roast and onions. Place in casserole dish.

    Pour in horseradish and cranberry sauce. Add salt and pepper.

    Cover and cook for 3 to 3-1/2 hours at 350º.
