GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE
4 oz German Chocolate
1/4 cup butter
12 oz evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 T cornstartch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 cup pecansRecipe
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove and blend in milk. In bowl combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Blend in melted chocolate. Pour in pie shell and add coconut and pecans on top. Bake at 375 for ~45 minutes.
