    Pie Crust for 2 complete pies or 4 pie crusts

    4 cups flour
    1-1/2 cups Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe





    Cut together with a pastry blender, it will take a little time, make sure it is all well blended. Make a "well" in the center of the mixture and add 1/2 cup of cold regular tap water. Mix with hands just until it will hold together, shape into 4 equal balls of dough. Shape each into a thick looking disk, roll out on a well floured board with a well floured rolling pin.
