    Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole

    List of Ingredients





    1 pound ground beef, turkey or ham
    1 onion, chopped
    Seasonings to taste
    16 ounces frozen tater tot potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery or chicken soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

    Recipe





    Brown meat and onion together; drain off any fat. Season to taste. Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole. Place tater tots over meat layer.

    Combine soup and milk; mix well and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over all.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Makes 2-3 servings.
