Loaded Mashed Potatoes

List of Ingredients
5 pounds potatoes -- peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits -- use real bacon bits
1/4 cup sliced green onions Recipe
Cook potatoes until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper. Beat with electric mixer until creamy. Fold in sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits and sliced green onions.
Serves 6 to 8.
