    Plantation Chicken Salad

    3 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1-1/2 c. diced celery
    3 hard cooked eggs, quartered
    3 tblsp. chopped sweet pickle
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    3/4 tsp. salt
    Salad dressing
    Lettuce

    Recipe




    Combine all ingredients, except salad dressing and lettuce, in a bowl. Moisten with salad dressing and toss to mix. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
