Recipe Introduction
You can also use cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese. Also you can use a can niblets corn for the frozen corn. Freezes well.
List of Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 81/4 oz can cream corn
1 10 oz pkg frozen corn,thawed & drained
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup sour cream
4 oz cheese cut in cubes
1 4 oz can green chilies
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
few shot hot sauce
3 Tbsp green onions choppedRecipe
Grease loaf pan or quiche dish generously with butter. In a bowl beat eggs and add rest of ingredients and mix. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 min. or until it's not "jiggly"!
