    OLD STANDBY--THINK IT USED TO BE ON A RICE KRISPIES BOX!

    Recipe Introduction


    These are wonderful--I use foil so I can lift them out of the pan.

    List of Ingredients











    1 cup Karo syrup (clear)
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup peanut butter
    6 cups rice krispies
    1 cup chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate)
    1 cup butterscotch chips


    Recipe




    Heat Karo and sugar over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until mixed.
    Pour over rice krispies and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture onto foil lined 9x13. Press down rice krispie mixture. Let cool.
    In saucepan, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread onto rice krispies.
