    HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE

    A SCARLETT FAVORITE

    Combine 3 cups fresh cranberries (12 oz. bag), 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups water, 1-1/2 cups orange juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and boil gently 10-15 minutes or until all skins pop and sauce reaches desired consistency.

    Remove from heat and cool to room temperature (if desired, may strain by mashing and forcing cooked berries through a strainer).

    Makes about 3 1/2 cups
