    This is one of those recipes that I really HATED when I was a kid. However, now that I've matured and I've grown up AND out... ha..it's really good. Mom made this the other night with fresh Georgia peaches sliced on top.. it was very yummy.

    List of Ingredients




    Crust

    1 1/2 C Bisquick or Jiffy mix
    1/2 C sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 C milk
    salt
    cinnimon
    vanilla

    Filling
    2 C cottage cheese (we only use Breakstone)
    1 egg
    1/2 C sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
    dash of cinnimon

    Recipe



    Mix together the crust ingredients and spread in the bottom of a 8 x 8 pan.

    Mix the filling ingredients and pour over the crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned. Let cool.
