Mocha Cake

List of Ingredients
3/4 C. Sugar
1 C sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 C cold double strength coffee
Recipe
Mix and sift the first four ingredients. Melt chocolate and butter together in double boiler or microwave, add to the first mixture. Blend ingredients well and pour into a greased pan. Combine brown sugar, sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle this mixture over batter, pour coffee over top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. After 5 minutes of cooling, invert onto a large plate.
NOTE: nuts may be added to this batter if desired.
