List of Ingredients
1 good size peck of ripe tomatoes
5 large green or red peppers (diced)
6-10 onions 2" diam
1 bunch of celery chopped
1 tsp. mixed whole spices
1/2 Tbsp paprika
dash of cinnimon
3/4 C vinegar
2 C sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
Recipe
cook down all ingredients until thick consistancy. Pour into sterilized pint jars. Seal in a hot water bath for 1/2 hour.
Serve with meat as a relish.
