    Dolly's French Silk Pie

    I remember Dolly standing in the kitchen making this pie one memorial. (yes Dolly actually cooked something!) and it was really delicious! but then again, it's chocolate how could it NOT be! It's better than Baker's Square!


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 C. sugar
    • 1/2 C. butter
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 oz square unsweetened chocolate melted (or 3 Tbsp. cocoa with 1 tsp oil)


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients well.
    2. Add 1 egg and blend on high for 5 minutes (not one minute less!) and don't try to hurry this process, it's very important
    3. Pour mixture into a graham cracker crust, and refridgerate 2-3 hours.
    4. shave chocolate on top
    5. this recipe should not be doubled. If you need 2, make each recipe seperately.
