Liver Dumplings for soup

These are an acquired taste, but once you start adding them to your chicken soup, you'll never want to go without them again.
List of Ingredients
2 pcs. beef liver
1/2 small onion chopped
parsley & celery
salt and pepper
1 egg
flour as needed
Recipe
Blend liver in a blender with the onion, clelery, salt, pepper 1 egg and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Drop into boiling water (or chicken soup). Cook until the dumplings float to the top and scoop out. Add these to your soup.
