Buttermilk Chicken

2 or 3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. garlic
1/3 c. dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
Recipe
Marinate the ingredients a day in Ziploc bag. The next day, mix equal parts
of flour and bread crumbs with 2 Tbs.paprika and 1 Tbs. cayenne pepper. Dip the chicken breast in the mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes each side.
