Paprikascsirke (paprika chicken)

3 lbs frying chicken, disjointed
2 onions, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. fat
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 C sour cream
soft noodles, cookedRecipe
Wash the ckidken well, and drain. Brown the onion lightly in the fat. Add paprika and the chicken. Sprinkle with salt. Cover and cook 1 hour or until tender. Pour the cream over the chicken. Heat for only 1 minute so as not to curdle the sour cream. Serve with the freshly boiled soft noodles.
