Recipe Introduction
This is sure to warm you up on a cold, winter Ohio night!
List of Ingredients
1# veal or beef
6 medium carots
6 large potatoes
4 stalks celery (or less)
1 large onion
parsnips (1 med or 1/2 large)
salt and pepper to taste
6 grains of celery seed
10-15 pcs macaroni noodles
Recipe
Fry veal or beef with onion until brown and almost cooked through. Cover with 4-6 cups water. Add water, carrots, potatoes and diced celery. Add the one small parsnip, salt, pepper and celery seed and simmer.
When almost done, add 10-15 pcs of macaroni and cook until tender and serve.
