    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound baby carrots
    • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Pam a 8 inch square baking dish. Cook carrots in salted water until done. Drain. Place margarine, eggs, baking powder and flour, vanilla in blender or processor. Add carrots a little at a time and puree. Pour into dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
      (6 servings)
