List of Ingredients
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 small green onions - sliced
- 6 oz crab meat
- paprika for garnish (sprinkle)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl beat cream cheese with fork.
- Add butter and beat until blended.
- Add all the remaining ingredients (except paprika) and mix well.
- Serve immediately or cover and regrigerate until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with paprika when serving for color and garnish.
- If regrigerated let stand at room temp for 1 hour prior to serving.
Final Comments
Serve with bread or crackers....go heavier on the crab if you like the crab flavor.
