Warm Crab Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (use 1/4 cup in mix and 1/4 cup on top)
- 2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together (except 1/4 cup cheese and paprika).
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheese on top.
- Cover with paprika
- Bake at 350 until crusty and bubbly - about 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with sliced French Bread of crackers.
Final Comments
Use any kind of crab, but San Francisco Dungenous Crab is the one we use!
