List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 scallions, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, squeeze out the extra liquid.
- 1 Tbsp mined fresh parsley leaves
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer dip to serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and regrigerate until flavors are married. - At least one hour.
- Serve COLD with crudites.
Final Comments
Can be made two days ahead and stored in an air tight container in the fridge.
