HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

This is from a friend in Bucks County, PA. This is the tried and true tested Artichoke Dip - it gets raves from everybody.
List of Ingredients
- 2 Large cans of artichoke hearts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Mozzarella Cheese (cubed)
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop.
- Combine with all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour into au gratin or casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
- Serve with French Bread rounds or crackers.
