Recipe Introduction
Serve hot with crackers or French Bread Rounds.
List of Ingredients
- 2 large cans of artichoke hearts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, (cubed)
- 2 cloves of garlic, (minced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop.
- Combine with all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour into au gratin or casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
- Serve with French Bread Rounds or crackers - serve HOT.
