List of Ingredients
- 6 large ripe HASS avocados (halved)
- 4 scallions thinly sliced
- 3 tsp finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh sqeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove the avocado pits, insert a knife blade into pits and twist. Scoop out flesh into a medium bowl.
- Mash with a pestal until semi smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Stir in scallions, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and cayenne.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve
