Salmon Caviar Horns

Elegant appetizer but easy to make
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb thinkly sliced smoked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Caviar - any color red or black is fine (you can even do a mixture of red and black horns)
- Greens and lemon slices to garnish.
Instructions
- Cut the sliced salmon into rectangles approximately 1 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches.
- Blend the cream cheese with the dill and lemon juice.
- Roll slices into horn shapes and fill each horn with the dill cream cheese.
- Fill the exposed top of each horn with caviar.
- Serve on a plate garnished with greens and lemon slices.
