Stuffed Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb large fresh mushrooms
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 tsp minced parsley (or can use parsley flakes)
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems.
- Place the mushrooms top side down in a shallow baking dish.
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and crushed garlic - mix well.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Sprinkle olive oil over the tops.
- Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
Final Comments
This is enough for 4 servings - if bigger party double or triple recipe.
