Recipe Introduction


Cachaca is a dry Brazilian liquor - if you can find it use it - other wise white rum will work.





List of Ingredients



• 1 large lime (quartered)
  
• 2 Tbsp sugar
  
• 1/2 cup cachaca (or white rum)
  
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  
• Ice Cubes
  






Instructions



1. Divide the lime and sugar between 2 short cocktail glasses.
   
2. Using a wooden spoon mash the lime and sugar in each glass.
   
3. Add 1/4 cup cachaca (or white rum) and tbsp lemon juice to each glass.
   
4. Stir to blend.
   
5. Fill each glass with ice.
