    Recipe Introduction


    This is a popular drink at the Swan Hotel Bar in Lambertville, NJ. We drank them often...the bartender Eric made them the best!


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 oz Absolute Citron Vodka
    • Twist of Orange withich still has a little pulp on it.


    Instructions


    1. Chill the stemware martini glass. (In freezer is fine)
    2. Fill a glass shaker with cracked ice.
    3. Add 3 oz of Absolute Citron Vodka.
    4. Cover glass shake with stainless steel shaker bottom.
    5. SHAKE VIGOROUSLY!
    6. Strain into chilled stemware glass.
    7. Twist orange peel over drink to release 2 or 3 drops of juice from the pulp.
    8. Rub peel around the rim of the glass.
    9. Add peel to the drink and serve!


    Final Comments


    Great Summer Martini - hence the name!
