Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

This is from a friend in Scottsdale. LOW FAT DESSERT!!!
List of Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cookie crumb pie crust.
- 3/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup fat free process cream cheese product
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter (reduced fat)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup thawed reduced calorie frozen whipped topping
- 1 cup sliced rip banana
- 1/2 (1oz) square semisweet chocolate
Instructions
- Combine cheeses in a bowl, beat at high speed (about 1 1/2 minutes)
- Add the powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla, beat some more on high speed about 45 seconds or until well blended.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping into the peanut butter mixutre.
- Arrange banana on pie crust, pour peanut butter mixture over the banana and set aside.
- Place semisweet chocolate in a zip top heavy duty plastic bag and seal the bag. Submerge bag in boiling water until the chocolate melts.
- Snip a tiny corner off the bag and drizzle chocolate over the pie.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours. Let stand 15 minutes at room temp prior to serving.
