    This is from a friend in Scottsdale. LOW FAT DESSERT!!!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 chocolate cookie crumb pie crust.
    • 3/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
    • 1/2 cup fat free process cream cheese product
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter (reduced fat)
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 cup thawed reduced calorie frozen whipped topping
    • 1 cup sliced rip banana
    • 1/2 (1oz) square semisweet chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Combine cheeses in a bowl, beat at high speed (about 1 1/2 minutes)
    2. Add the powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla, beat some more on high speed about 45 seconds or until well blended.
    3. Gently fold in the whipped topping into the peanut butter mixutre.
    4. Arrange banana on pie crust, pour peanut butter mixture over the banana and set aside.
    5. Place semisweet chocolate in a zip top heavy duty plastic bag and seal the bag. Submerge bag in boiling water until the chocolate melts.
    6. Snip a tiny corner off the bag and drizzle chocolate over the pie.
    7. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Let stand 15 minutes at room temp prior to serving.
