List of Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced raw potatoes
- 2 cups celery chopped
- 1 lb raw hamburger
- 3/4 cups sliced raw onions
- 3/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350
- In a slightly buttered backin dish start to layer - First the potatoes, then celery and so on down the list.
- Between each layer add some salt and pepper.
- Bake for 3 hours at 350.
Final Comments
Grandma Minnie addes a sidebar in her recipe book - Serve with cole slaw (or as she wrote in it - COLD slaw)
