List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium size onion chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 16oz oz jar of spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz spaghetti cooked according to package and then drained.
- 6 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 cup cottgage or riccota cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium high heat stir and cook beef, onion and green bell pepper until meat is browned - then drain the fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sacue and mix well.
- In a large bowl mix together the hot spaghetti. Parmesan cheese, eggs and butter.
- Spoon the mixture onto the bottom of a 13X9X2 inch glass baking dish.
- Spread the cottage or riccota cheese over the top.
- Pour meat sauce mixture over the cheese layer.
- Sprinkle top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is all melted.
