Shrimp and Rick Casserole

A Southern Casserole. Can freeze. Prep time 20-30 minutes.
Bake 30 minutes
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups raw rice steamed
- 2 lbs shrimp cooked
- 16 oz Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon, half cooked, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Combine everything but the the bacon in a 3 quart casserole.
- Arrange the bacon on the top.
- Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour until the bacon is crisp.
