    Recipe Introduction


    A Southern Casserole. Can freeze. Prep time 20-30 minutes.
    Bake 30 minutes


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups raw rice steamed
    • 2 lbs shrimp cooked
    • 16 oz Thousand Island Dressing
    • 1/2 onion chopped
    • 1/2 bell pepper chopped
    • 1/2 lb bacon, half cooked, cut into small pieces


    Instructions


    1. Combine everything but the the bacon in a 3 quart casserole.
    2. Arrange the bacon on the top.
    3. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour until the bacon is crisp.
