    A Christmas favorite!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 2 tbsp whipping cream
    • 1 tbsp almond extract
    • 3 cups flour


    Instructions


    1. Cream together the butter and sugar.
    2. Add the egg yolks, cream and almond extract.
    3. Stir well and add flour. (Go easy on the flour, as too much flour will make it more difficult to push through the spritz form).
    4. Shape using a spritz cookie press on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    5. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
