    Recipe Introduction


    This tart is a looser texture than the typical lemon tart. Chill overnight prior to serving.


    List of Ingredients


    • CRUST
    • 1 cup (2 sticks) of unsalted butter
    • 2 large egg yolks
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 3 tbsp water
    • FILLING
    • 5 large eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
