Recipe Introduction


Great Dessert - use FRESH (not greenhouse berries)





List of Ingredients



• 3/4 Cup Sugar
  
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
  
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  
• 2 tbsp butter
  
• 1/2 cup Heath Toffee Candy bars - chopped
  
• 1 qt FRESH Strawberries - washed and hulled
  
• Sour Cream
  






Instructions



1. Wash and hull berries. Set aside in fridge
   
2. Combine the sugar, cream, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan.
   
3. Bring to a boil and cook for three mintues.
   
4. Stir occasionally.
   
5. Remove from the heat and add Heath Bars.
   
6. Stir until most of the candy is dissolved.
   
7. Cool
   
8. Place berries in a serving dish or bowl, top with one dollop of sour cream and then drizzle with the sauce.

Dessert for about six - YUMMY!!!!
