Recipe Introduction


This recipe was in Grandma Minnie's cookbook and dated 8-29-48 and given to her by Lolly.





List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 2 Tbsp flour
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 3 Tbsp soft butter
  
• 1 cup light Karo Syrup
  
• 1/2 cup peacons
  






Instructions



1. Mix the flour and sugar well.
   
2. Beat eggs lightly and add.
   
3. Add the butter, salt, syrup and nuts.
   
4. Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie crust.
   
5. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
   
6. Then reduce to 350 and bake for 50 minutes more or until done.
