Philadelphia Cream Cheese
List of Ingredients
- FILLING
- 4 Pkg (8oz each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese - SOFT
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg (8 sq) Baker's Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate - melted slightly cooled.
- 1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
- 4 eggs.
- CRUST
- 18 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies - finely crushed
- 2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine - melted
Instructions
- CRUST - Mix the brumbs and butter and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
- FILLING - Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Add melted cooled chocolate, liqueur and eggs - mix just until blended. Do NOT over blend. Pour over the crust.
- Bake at 325 for 60 minutes, or until center is almost set.
- Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake.
- Cool before removing rim of pan.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
