Pineapple Bread Pudding

List of Ingredients
- 8 thick slices of day old bread - cut into 1 inch cubes.
- 2 cups drained crushed unsweetened pineapple
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter - melted
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Grease a 1 1/2 inch quart baking dish.
- Combine the bread and pineapple and place in the prepared baking dish.
- Mix the butter, sugar and eggs and pour over the bread mixture.
- Baken until puffed and golden - about 40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
