List of Ingredients
- Rhubarb (about 3 cups)
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix together the flour, oatmeal, sugars, butter and salt.
- Chop the rhubarb into slices.
- Place the rhubarb into a pudding dish so that it is about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle over the top of the rhubarb the sugar/flour mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
Final Comments
I am not sure what a pudding dish is - but I think any oven proof baking dish (like a casserole or souffle dish) will work.
