Halibut with Herb Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 3 tbsp chopped frresh parsley
- 6 6oz halibut fillets
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Puree first 5 ingredients in a food processor.
- Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper
- Preheat the broiler
- Brush fish with 2 tbsp olive oil
- sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Broil until just opaque in center (5 minutes per side)
- Transfer fish to plates and spoon sauce over - serve.
Final Comments
Great with new potatoes and green beans.
