    List of Ingredients


    • 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
    • 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    • 3 tbsp chopped frresh parsley
    • 6 6oz halibut fillets
    • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Puree first 5 ingredients in a food processor.
    2. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper
    3. Preheat the broiler
    4. Brush fish with 2 tbsp olive oil
    5. sprinkle with salt and pepper
    6. Broil until just opaque in center (5 minutes per side)
    7. Transfer fish to plates and spoon sauce over - serve.


    Final Comments


    Great with new potatoes and green beans.
