Anchovy butter for Fondue

List of Ingredients
- 1 2oz can of anchovy fillets.
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Drain the 1 8oz can of anchovy fillets.
- In a small bowl beat 1/2 cup soft butter and the anchovy fillets and 1/8 tsp of fresh pepper until smooth.
- Refrigerate
- Let come back to room temp before serving
