List of Ingredients
- 2 tsp capers
- 4 gherkin pickles - chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- pinch of sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor (mini works well) process all the ingredients until smooth.
