    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tsp capers
    • 4 gherkin pickles - chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    • pinch of sugar
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a food processor (mini works well) process all the ingredients until smooth.
